Fitbit Flex band is a great tool to keep you active and help you keep track of your activity, calories, weight, sleep and much more. The band comes in black, blue or pink and fits fairly snug to your wrist (so it’s not bulky) and is waterproof!
Some of the things it keeps track of daily are your:
- Steps (you set a daily goal and try to hit it everyday)
- Active minutes
- Calories burned
- Sleep pattern
- H20 intake (you have to input this)
The fitbit band is a great way to keep track of your progress and see how active you are daily and overtime. If you are looking to lose weight, you can track that, too! If you are just looking to stay active and see how active you have been, it’s great for that, too! Also, you can set silent alarms on your fitbit. The fitbit will vibrate so you can feel it but it’s silent so no one can hear it!
