March is here which means the weather is starting to get warmer (at least that’s what we’re hoping for!) and we’re starting to slowly take layers off and strut our stuff. So let’s get moving to feel the best we can!
The March challenge is going to be to sweat 5 times a week. When I say sweat I mean workout, get off the couch and move that body! Go for a run, take a yoga class, hit the slopes, jump into a spin class, go shoot some hoops, try these great Megaformer Pilates classes, do something that challenges your body and makes you sweat and feel good!
Who doesn’t feel amazing after sweating? Yea, no one! So plan your 5 (or more if you’re feeling like an overachiever) workouts at the beginning of the week for the week and stick to your plan and get moving! You will feel great at the end of the week and ready to take on the next one.
