I know I said that at the end of the month of July there were 3 days left of freedom. However, I thought it would be a great challenge to try and combine the different challenges we have completed this past month and pick 3 out of the 4 and do them for the last 3 days of July. End July with a healthy BANG!
Just to recap:
Week 1: Drink 64 ounces of water everyday.
Week 2: Give something unhealthy up.
Week 3: Finish eating before 9pm.
Week 4: No processed foods.
For Monday, July 29 – Wednesday, July 31, pick THREE (or 4 if you want to be an over-achiever!) out of the above 4 challenges and stick to them for just those 3 days!
Being healthy is a lifestyle. We should always try and eat our best and give our bodies the right nutrients to fuel it.
