This summer, I decided to freeze my gym membership and really take advantage of the free outdoor fitness classes all around the city and the first-timer specials at the great boutique studios.
I have created a list of some FREE fitness classes I am aware of and some first-time specials I have taken advantage of or plan to this summer.

Athleta – FREE Yoga in Bryant Park on Tuesday mornings at 10am and Thursday evenings at 6pm

Hudson River Park (Pier 25) – Tuesdays at 6:30pm a variety of Lole ambassadors host different fitness classes
