It’s the first day of Week 2 July Challenge. So that means we are all picking something in our diet that could benefit our bodies without it.
I have chosen to give up chocolate. In moderation, chocolate is not bad for you but sometimes I overdo it 😉 so I have decided to give it up for the week. It’s not going to be easy – but, hey, that’s why it’s a challenge!
What will you give up?
Some ideas include:
- All white foods such as rice, bread, pasta, cereal
