It’s officially springtime! To some of us, it may not quite feel like spring yet as the snow is still lingering and there is still a chill in the air. However, it’s right around the corner! This means more sun and more opportunities to go outside and sweat and enjoy the fun, outdoor activities that we have missed these past winter months. Now we are able to get outside and go running, hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming, rollerblading, and many, many other things! Drop those excuses and get out there and sweat and have some fun and get some sun! Summer will be here before we know it and we want to feel and look our best!
