Cutting out carbs completely? No sugar allowed? These are all dramatic diet changes that cannot last forever and typically end up with lost pounds gained back. The key to a healthy weight and happiness is balance. From healthy eating to exercise, every step of the way is important. Small steps go a long way: take the stairs, go for a walk during your lunch hour, slowly kick the soda habit. All these small changes add up and will be a positive change to your lifestyle. Remember, balance is the key to success. When you have that sweet craving, simply satisfy it, but do not overdo it.
